Shhh…Don’t tell anyone but I’ve been listening to Christmas music since the beginning of September. I love Christmas music and ALL things Christmas. The early start with Christmas music may have spawned the premature Christmas decorating that is happening this year. I usually wait until the day after Thanksgiving to jump in and decorate but not this time around. I’m so glad I decided to go at it early, right after Thanksgiving things are so crazy and I feel rushed and exhausted afterwards. Now I feel like I have so much more time to get things done! My family, on the other hand thinks I am losing it. I think they are just lacking some good old Christmas cheer. Like Buddy the Elf says, “The best way to spread Christmas cheer…” Yeah, so the singing thing didn’t really work at at getting my boys Christmas motivated but cookies and hot chocolate surly do. So, that’s where I started and now the house is beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
