A Few Of My Favorite Things #2

I’ve got some new favorites that I wanted to share with you all.  Just random things that I am currently loving in my life.

1. This cherry tomato slicer-I also use it to slice up grapes, and black olives.  I used this thing all summer long when making all kind kinds of salads. It is also great for cutting up foods for toddlers. It’s quick, works really well, and comes apart for easy cleaning.  You can get yours here.
2. Pillow Talk by Redken- also known as magic in a pretty little pink bottle. My friends with thick hair you need this stuff in your life.  It reduces the time it takes to blow dry your hair.  You spritz it throughout your damp hair sparingly (you really don’t much),brush it through, and blow dry as you usually do.  I’m not sure how this stuff actually works but I tell ya it really does.  I buy mine from my salon but Amazon sells it for about the same price I pay.  Get yours here.                                       
3. Norwex Household Package- This is the best cleaning item that I have bought/owned like ever.   I love it.  They have a ton of other products that I have heard amazing things about as well.  The best thing about the cloths in this package is you only need water to clean with them.  That’s right, zero chemicals and only water.  Totally safe for my little kids when they want to help Mommy clean.  The window cloth shines up glass and mirrors perfectly with only water!  For reals!  At first the price was a little crazy to me but when you take into account you won’t be buying multiple cleaners anymore it balances out.  The cloths are good for a couple years also.  It was a little bit of a concern for me about only cleaning with water until I did some research on how these cloths work.  Amazing!  If you need a consultant to check out and you don’t have one feel free to use mine.  Her name is Tiffanie Armstrong.  Check it out and get your’s here.                                                      
4. VidAngel-  Filtering app for movies and tv shows.  This app allows you to filter movies you can select specifically just what your family sees.  This includes, nudity, inappropriate language, blasphemy, violence and lots more.  This company and their service are pure awesomeness.  They currently have been in their own David vs Goliath battle in court facing a major lawsuit from some big named movie studios under claims that they were violating copywriting laws by filtering movies.  They were forced to stop filtering until somethings were worked out in the case.  Now they are back up and running and functioning a little differently.  For $7.99 per month you can stream and filter movies/shows from Netflix, Amazon Prime, and a few more platforms.  Check them out here. 
5. Aimeili UV Led color changing gel polish.  This stuff is so much fun!  I do my own gel manicures at home but you could buy it and take it to your manicurist to use as well.  This stuff is temperature sensitive and changes colors when it gets hot or cold.  Get yours here.
